Bruv, I have literally posted multiple links stating exactly what I said. For FICO Scoring, a 1%-9% aggregate utilization is better then 0%. You can literally head over to myfico.com and mock this up on their scoring simulator.
I have carefully mentioned, multiple times, that being this nit-picky about your utilization is not necessary - it's a FICO difference of a few points, however that doesn't make the statement any less correct. If you want perfect utilization scoring for some crazy reason (or if you're on the cusp of a prime rate), then keeping single digit utilization is better than 0.
