Khabib plans to return in October, expects interim title shot against Ferguson

I don't know why you're getting downvoted. If people would actually drop their upset attitude because they haven't seen him much lately and actually look at his history, the dude fights like a fucking machine. Even WITH a 2 year lay off and a set of weeks off regularly he still is at about 3 fights a year on average.

And I agree with you, we have champs that fight once a fucking year, Khabib only needs 2 a year to be an active champion by UFC standards.

Khabib misses weight once and he is treated by this sub like he misses over and over, multiple times a year. People in this sub need to lighten up and accept the dude is human, he got a real injury, came back FASTER than Cruz and utterly make a child out of a top contender like it was nothing. Dude got rocked literally as little as possible, for pretty much the first time anyone in this sub has seen and you would think Khabib has turned into big foot silva and will go to sleep left and right. Enjoy the fact Khabib is a beast and one of the most dominant guys we have, enjoy watching him fight and his hype. Enjoy it instead of complaining about it. We may never see a guy with a dominant wrestling skill set like this for a while with the way MMA is evolving.

I have just never seen someone get such negative treatment for being a normal human, fucking up in a way many, many fighters do. Everyone acts like the dude doesn't fight but never looks at how the UFC are actually holding him back. He fought 7 times in a year before signing with the UFC, 3 his first year then he got hurt. It happens. But this sub wants to pretend he fights once every 2 years or something.. yet seem to forget him literally begging for a fight for 6 months after being Johnson and the UFC not doing shit about it. But it's Khabib's fault.
