1> The protocol for post removal is to publicly state removal reason. This existed long before I was a mod. I agree it can sometimes seem like public chastisement, which is why I attempt to keep the notice specific enough someone understands what is going on, and that I do not mention their name (so no one can easily see who erred). I understand any moderation can feel pretty bad. It takes some time to get moderation messages bland and unemotional enough.

2> The person was not triggered: that would mean they're going through a PTSD episode as result of the material. Since they were not, the implication of using triggered is that they are weak/damaged/member of a group you dislike and think are oversensitive. I think you likely used the term for dramatic effect to accuse them of that kind of fragility/weakness, which is uncivil on its face. Just like we'd moderate someone who used talk of assistived devices (e.g. wheelchairs, epilepsy warnings) to ridicule and dig at people, we do moderate this word as well when used this way. It not only uncivil towards the original speaker, it also uncivil to those who need and use the assistive device. This isn't "you are bad and you should feel bad". This is "don't do that here". Many subgroups of reddit are so used to making that dig they don't even realize the mechanics of what they are doing.

3> I cannot edit your comments. While I'd love to be able to help everyone, all the time, with improving their writing, that sadly is more time than we have. We do sometimes offer those kinds of rewrites, especially to longstanding members who make good points. I didn't here though due to time.
