Kind of deppressed/dont enjoy anything/dk what to do /very bored

We’re in a similar situation.

It’s understandable that you’re feeling depressed and bored with everything going on right now.

I try to do at least a handful of things each day so I don’t have days where I do absolutely nothing then I track my emotional response to these activities and gauge how hard it was because when you’re depressed you feel like everything is meaningless even if that’s not the case.

This important because if you want to change a behavior you need to monitor it.

Ex:

Taught myself editing - Felt good + I struggled a little bit but felt great in the end

Went for a run then did burpees - It was tough and felt awful while doing it + Felt great in the end and it helped with depression
