I was busy today and the hungry teen was off from school so I asked him to make the bread. I told him to follow the King Arthur Russian Black Bread recipe in my cookbook folder. And if he had any questions, I would be able to assist as I was doing other chores.
Few hours later he presented a big skillet full of Russian Black Bread Rolls, claiming -
It’s easier to eat rolls than a loaf;
The biggest skillet provided more space for expansion so the rolls wouldn’t touch each other as much.
Oh, “And I am sorry I forgot to add the salt. I didn’t know the pink colour stuff was salt! I also didn’t add the ground caraway seeds as they smell awful.”
Other than not so perfect appearance and forgot to add salt, I think he did quite a good job.
