I can just advice not to do it since its "official " not legal in the to use that on console so you could get banned in overwatch if others report you for using it and you see when someone is using mouse & keyboard right away you can't hide it.

Mouse & keyboard is on the same lvl as cheating on consoles since you have a huge advantage against all controller player and blizzard band people using it.

Other will probably say they use it since years without getting banned so I'm wrong but that are the lucky guys who just didn't get noticed until now and you can use it if you want many to that in grandmaster to cheat their rank but just know there can be consequences.
