Kobe is leading a poll on the best NBA player since MJ. Ssshhhh don't tell r/nba

Forget about it, this already showed up on the sidebar of /r/nba and the cretins are here in full force.

Like, if you think LeBron is a better player, fine. Once you get up to that level it's subjective. A Cavs or Heat fan will get no abuse from me for saying they think LeBron is better. Maybe some good natured roasting if they're not an asshole about it. But don't start this shit like LeBron is clearly better than Kobe and if I say otherwise I'm an idiot. Like Kobe is the equivalent of Robert Horry or something. He] led his teams to 5 championships, and you get downvoted to -40 for saying it's not self evident that LeBron is miles ahead of Kobe. (I was kind of asking for it there but it's still ridiculous that I got downvoted so hard for saying LeBron isn't better than Kobe)

To sum up: Kobe is, in my opinion, the best player of the 21st century. Followed by Duncan, then Shaq, the LeBron, then KG, then Curry. LeBron very well may move up a few rungs as his career winds down, but as it stands right now that's my opinion. But you can't go broadcasting that on /r/LeBron /r/nba right now or you get yelled at by a bunch of 15 year olds who weren't even watching the NBA during LeBron's first stint in Cleveland.
