If you get the proper surgeries and hormones, yes. But I was also an infant at birth and my bones were very flexible and I had no teeth. That doesn't account for how I'm dealt with as an adult with solid bones, teeth and 3 decades on me.

I agree. Though doctors never look at that. The first time you visit a hospital, you show them ID and that's for the receptionist to put into your admission file. It won't mean you get certain exams and things, unless you ask to get tested for certain things, in which case the doctor would be like "Yes I deal with that." and give you those exams. Other than that, it's never come into play for anything medically necessary I've had done.
