My only argument is that although I do not condone bigotry as a minority myself, something has to be said about firing people for reflecting racist remarks as it does not necessarily resolve the issue at hand or if anything could further escalate whatever contempt he does or may have for minorities. We often get our pitchforks out and demand an execution for people after discovering their past without getting all the facts.

I would recommend getting Lars side of the story, hold him accountable due to the fact that he is a public figure now. People can change and if he has, perhaps he deserves a second chance but obviously this is all subject to change as more info gets out.
