I was born in Alberta but raised in BC and I've lived in a few places across 3 different countries. Well-travelled, left leaning, highly educated, and I love Alberta. I think it's incredibly ignorant to slag on Alberta. This place is filled with incredibly caring, community-minded individuals who work hard and want what's best for everyone. I live in rural Alberta, and I find people's politics, beliefs and opinions aren't what others paint them to be once you start asking questions and getting to know them. It's not as fun to be kind, get to know your neighbours or be gentle on a website where the first piece of advice is to get a divorce and a restraining order when your husband farts in bed.
