I think the LGBTQ+ movement is a travesty. Not because of some kind of deep seated homophobia, but because I think a generation and a half of people are being raised by their parents or peers to think that their sexuality is a cornerstone of their identity an a focus of their existence.

I don't deny your humanity or your feelings. If you feel that way, I'm okay with that. The only issue I have is when other people try to infringe their way of living into mine, or trying to make it a norm on society. Biologically speaking, our birth gender defines weather you're female, or a male (or rare cases both - homogamous). Psychologically speaking, I'm okay with you identifying as the opposite gender, for example. Or both. I don't care as long as it doesn't have a negative impact on me and on society. But there come some issues with that, and I'll list some, for example.

  • Out of respect, I would use whatever pronoun you want me to use when addressing you. That should NOT be a law, and people shouldn't be fined for mispronouncing someone.

  • I don't condone hormone changes, sex changing surgeries whatsoever on teenagers. It's something that will change and affect your life forever and when you're that young, you shouldn't be making those decisions. There's no coming back.

  • I consider gender dysphoria an illness. Illness is an ugly word I know, but I don't mean it in an offensive way by any means. If you look at statistics, transgenders have way higher chances of developing depression, suicidal tendencies, whatsoever. That's something that should NOT be disregarded, we care for you as people, and we want to HELP you. By help, I don't mean "convert" you into a "normal" individual, but rather help you go through your issues in life because I believe it must be hard on you.

  • Transgenders (or someone who identifies as a transgender) should only go to the W.C of their biological sex. I know it would be more accepting to let an individual choose the bathroom of the gender they identify with, but people will exploit that, and it could have a negative impact on us. Would you be comfortable if a 50 year old male who "identifies" with a transgender went to the same bathroom as your 10 year old daughter? What if he took advantage of your daughter? I don't even mean assault her, but record her on his phone, for example. Do you get where I'm going here? I do believe in transgender only W.Cs.

  • Education in schools shouldn't be affected by the LGBTQ+ community. When you learn something in school, you are taught the norm. What is most common. There are people with 6 fingers in one hand. There are people with 3 fingers in their hand. But what they teach you is the normal, that humans have 5 fingers in their hand. The same applies to genders. Do you realize how confusing and nonconstructive it would be to educate everyone based on things outside the norm?

Those are just a few of my points. Like I said in my other comment, I'm only here to try and have a positive and constructive conversation :)
