I think it’s fun to use technology to share ideas and socialize. I also think if you are approaching people with the idea of dating and they aren’t even in your area that is desperate.

Is the goal to win them over with electronic communications until they agree to meet and then restructure your whole life just to move closer together? Sounds incredibly difficult not impossible but yeah desperate.

Also it’s ok to be desperate at times lots of people are and we just all want connection so might as well try but it is an extremely risky, time consuming, and expensive way to date.

When you could be organizing irl things or using online dating services where intentions are more communicated.
