Looking to Move to Oregon

I don’t know any parts of oregon that are inclusive. Nobody is genuinely interested in getting to know you there because they all want to and have to be holed up indoors all the time. I lived there for 18 months and did not make even one good friend. People are nice to you sure, but thats where it ends. They’re not interested in getting to know you more or ask you to hang out later; just very superficial. I’m guessing my brown skin( I’m Asian) had a lot to do with it but even non-whites are pretty snobby up there truth be told. Seen it with my own eyes. You should move if you want, but if you live alone in an apartment be ready for some insane social isolation.
