LPT: If you can smell your own perfume/cologne througout the day, you have used it too much. It will annoy people.

The smell of death is a pretty awful one.

I volunteered at a hospital some years ago assisting radiographers. We were coming up to a room to do a portable x-ray and I was warned that this room was going to smell awful.

I'm used to bad smells since I live around farms, but this was too much. This woman was probably 65-70 years old and weighed at least 400 pounds. She supposedly got home one day and discovered her older, smaller sister's dead body, then panicked and fainted. She fell on top and was unable to get up. She laid there on top of her decaying sister's corpse for about two days all the while relieving herself since she could not move. When we got her she was dehydrated and unconscious. I think she passed away.
