LSU OC Matt Canada declines to answer a question when asked if he’s had control of his offense “all year.”

I don't give a crap one way or another, but I don't understand why everyone is piling on this dude's comments because his team is bad this year.

You don't think a fan is qualified to call another coach shitty if their own coach is shitty? I'd think if anything they'd be most qualified to call out a shitty hire, having such intimate first-hand experience with the concept.

And since when is it "not a good idea" for a fan to trash talk a rival just because that rival is better than them? Michigan fans still talked trash about OSU during the two-tickets-for-a-Coke era. GT fans trash talked UGA fans even when they'd lost 12 of the last 13. SC fans give Clemson fans plenty of shit now, and Clemson fans talked plenty of trash even after SC had lost 5 straight. If Michigan had a couple better years than OSU would you hold off on saying anything about them?

I really don't get this mentality. Guy can't trash talk his school's biggest rival because his school is bad this year? WTF kind of logic is that?
