Item 1: I have not confronted her about these things since at the time I didn't want to be a part of the drama. And since she, her ex and I all know each other and occasionally meet thanks to mutual friend gatherings where they still fight I never felt like getting involved.

Item 2: I did tell her at the time I liked her but bc a family tragedy I wouldn't be able to emotionally commit to a relationship. She accepted this and we decided that we should maintain the current relationship we had at the time. After the incident I never brought it back up.

I don't know when she is planning on coming back, she keeps extending her stay and I am currently working abroad as a freelancer for an unknown time. I don't have a problem when she talks about her sexual partners but it makes me wonder if it's worth holding on to these feelings since I can't trust her if I were to pursue a relationship, even though I really wish I could, since it would most likely be a long distance one.
