The only major differences between the "races" are literally only skin deep
If you look at something like short and long distance running, isn't it quite clear that people with african background are significantly better suited for it genetically? They seem to be absurdly dominant in competitions and it obviously can't be explained by different training regimes and what have you since a country like USA who have a lot of people with different backgrounds (or "races" if you want to call it that) and you still only see people with african background in the olympic 100m finals:
In fact, I think there's only one person ever with european background who've ran 100m under 10 seconds.
I think it's a disservice to deny that there are some genetical differences between people with different backgrounds because I think most people see that there is and to deny it without any reasoning as to why is just going to hamper the cause.
