I'd get it if she gave some actual reasoning. Sometimes you can be more scared because you're a part of that community, or you interact with them more. For example, my partner who is Indian, tends to feel more scared around Indian men. Usually because she grew up in Indian heavy communities that would be sexist/racist to her.

Now my partner knows that Indians aren't statistically likely to rob her, but as a young Indian girl they are more likely to say something nasty to her, especially since she's in an interracial relationship that a lot of Indians disagree with. But the woman in the screenshot just hates white men... Just because really. No explanation given, no reasoning behind it.
