Genocide

I’m going to get downvoted but I get what they mean here. I’m talking about that online dating study that showed black women are considered the least desirable in that site. I think it bleeds into other forms of media. I don’t know if anyone’s seen Love Island UK, but when the male contestants describe their ideal women as “dark, deep toned, dark hair”, they almost always mean a mixed/white girl with fake tan and light eyes.

Especially in the US, with so many black families separated bc of prison, I get why they would want to see more black couples in the media. I don’t think there’s an “agenda” behind it, I just think it’s a symptom.
