Hard to get context with out sound but someone on YouTube went CSI on the clip

I've decided to analyse this video for you. I've tried searching this incident but I found nothing on it.

0:00 You can notice on the left of the screen there's a tissue on the table. KFC doesn't leave those tissue rolls on tables, or anywhere. Meaning it's either theirs, or an employee gave it to them. If the employee gave it to them, this would mean they would need to had spilt something and clean it up. Look on the floor near the chair the man in the black hoodie is sitting on. You can notice a drink, meaning they probably spilt it earlier. But why isn't it picked up? You can also see the girl in the red coat reaching out/pointing at something on the table the man's standing in front of. Then the man proceeds to turn around and look at what she's pointing at, then slams it away. I'm assuming here that she's asking for him to give her something, the angry man responds with a big "fuc no".

0:06 The woman in the black coat seems to grab a tissue from the tissue roll I mentioned earlier, and wipe the mess he made off her. Watch the woman in the red coat, she turns around and says something to the man, the man responds before walking down the stairs.

0:14 The two men in the background seem to start looking at the man in the black hoodie sitting with the two girls, and he was looking at them too. Meaning he was probably talking to them. Then shortly after he turns away and faces the window, avoids eye contact.

0:29 Something triggers the two men to stand up. But what? Well, none of the girls were making eye contact with them, apart from the guy that is.

0:37 The dude points at the table where the other dude got mad and yeeted the drink at. This leads me to a theory, that either that dude that went downstairs earlier is the two dude's that stood up's friend, or they're complaining about the mess they made/their behaviour.

Then he proceeds to throw punches.

1:00 The two girls stand up in the company/behind the group of Islamic people.

1:23 The two girls are told to go downstairs, they follow that order. Either he was telling them to go after their "friend" or leave the place for whatever reason.

Then, another attack on him.

But what was the reason for this? Here are the possible intentions of them attacking him.

1. The dude in the hoodie had made rude remarks about the other people (since he was looking directly too them at 0:13) it got them mad.
2. They were acting disorderly, since they made a mess under their table and he was just generally being a doushbag and treating the place like it was his home, that got them mad.
3. Other reasons such as the two girls were under-aged or he was with two woman which sharia law wouldn't like, or doing anything else against sharia law that got the Islamic people upset.
