Identical incident happened to my friend, except he punched the guy so many times his jaw was wired shut for 3 months

Tried to sue my friend, multiple recordings from different angles (was near a busy area) and my friend got a lawyer who wouldnt let the other guy walk into his office.

Open and shut case, less than an hour in court, VICTIM of the assault got two minor charges involving property damage and encroaching on someone's space something like that

Buddy's lawyer argued that the guy, like this guy, wanted a pay day so he was antagonizing someone with a super expensive car.

TLDR: dont listen to this guy, violence is ALWAYS the answer when you are dealing with subhumans like the guy who sat on the car - you think he will listen to logic and common sense?
