For the third time: you said that the right to bear arms was a collective right; I provided evidence that showed it was an individual right. I said that if you believe it is a collective right, you must also believe the 1st and 4th are collective, since they use the same wording.

That's not a fallacy, that's a statement of fact. It's like if you said bowling balls are spheres but basketballs aren't, but used the same terms to define both. You can't then say that your definition only applies to one when you want it to. I mean, you can, it's just a very very poor argument.

And then you continue in your next comment, speculating that I googled "logical fallacy" and copypasta'd. Which, ironically, is a repetition of your previous sins.
