Managers of Reddit, an employee feels he is being bullied by a coworker and prevents video as proof. You realize he has been recording you and everything at work via a hidden body cam since day one. How do you react? Why?

Well, first thing I do is check the legality of that in your state. It ain't always legal in a private business. Then I look at the company policy to see what they consider that to be. Then I consider the behavior of the bully, followed by the behavior of the victim. Not all accusations are as clean cut as an accuser thinks they are, so a bit of investigation is prudent.

Then, before I act on ANY of that shit, I think back to whether or not I said some shit that could get my ass axed that is on tape. Cuz fuck that hill, I ain't dying on it.

If it's all clean on my end, and everyone is what is claimed they are, I probably fire both people. The bully is gone for being a toxic fuck, and the victim is gone for literally wearing a wire in a private business every day (that is IF the law says I can fire them for that).
