Managers of Reddit, who is the dumbest employee you've had and after how long did you fire him or her?

We have an electronic version of our "loyalty cards" that store all of the free drinks you've earned. Found out that whenever this guy worked for the past two months, he would load dozens of free drinks onto cards for his friends. It eventually added up to about 500 free drinks. Being electronic loyalty cards, there's obviously a paper trail of how many points were added at a single time, onto which card, at what location, and what day/time. He was the only one working during each activation.

None of that mattered, though, because one card loaded with 50 free drinks was linked to the guy's email address, which included his full name.

On the other hand, he gave out a lot of cards, and all I could think was, "Damn, this guy has a lot of friends."
