The Reiss family managed to wipe off humanity's memories and Papa Jaeger, who comes from a rival faction infiltrated Shiganshina at that point to get the coordinate....maybe. Then he falls in love, is overcome with guilt, yaddi yadda ..wants to live a normal life. Perhaps the dreams Eren had were those of people who had died in the previous attack? But considering everything's that been happening lately in the manga, it seems very unlikely. And Eren did dream about his mother's rendezvous with the Smiling Titan, which is something that happened in the future not in the past, which means everything I've written so far is nonsense. At this point, I just hope there's isn't any time loop ideas working on Isayama's mind.
