The Truth that none of these fanboys want to admit is that this franchise has on autopilot mode ever since the end of D2Y2. The moment Bungie broke away from Activision was the moment they started pouring their resources into something new. They've had assets on the back burner years in advance for this franchise.

Europa is literally a snow reskined Io. The Throne world of Savathun looks somewhat similar to Destiny 1 Venus. I wouldn't be surprised if Neonuma turned out to be a reskined Titan as well.

This company knows that there are vast numbers of fans that would defend to death their anti-consumer behavior. People still pre-order expansions before they are released and dump money into Eververse without much of a conscious whim on said decisions. Why should they care about quality or even 'good game design' at this point with fans like these?
