Totally agree. My assumption has been that a combination of the covid era mixed with how big the show has gotten and how scrutinized it is by its fans and film Twitter or whatever weighs heavily on all of them, but Griffin in particular. I can imagine during the height of lockdowns the online reception to their episodes was maybe a big focus for him, and he got a little in his head about it and has never quite gotten out. Totally understandable if true, and I wish him all the best in being able to step back from meaningless online discourse (this comment included).

Here's hoping Griffin can find that "don't give a fuck cause nobody's listening anyway" energy of something like the fan fiction Phantom Podcast episode again for his own health. Just sounds like a more chill way to be.
