Which is why it reads more like a racist comment than a quote; Vastly more people haven’t seen Mean Girls, than have.
The quotation marks weren’t enough to convey your intent. Citing a source could have saved you from all those downvotes, E.g. “If you’re from Africa, why are you white?” - Karen, ‘Mean Girls’ (2004).
Likely way more analysis than you ever thought necessary for a funny movie comment, but in the current day and age of widespread ignorance, trolls, Poes, misinformation and snowflakes, expressing context is key. That’s why I asked a question instead of just downvoting; to clarify intent.
