Should a woman lying about being on birth control so a man will have sex with her be considered sexual assault? Why or why not?

Take responsibility for your actions. Personal accountability. It’s not fun but if you can’t understand something as simple as being accountable for yourself and your own actions, you absolutely should not be having sex. This isn’t about trust, this is about guys simply not wanting to take responsibility.

You twisted my words to actually prove my point even further - you’re a piece of shit and a dead beat if you think the woman needs to bear all the responsibility of BC. It’s both your responsibilities equally. If you intentionally leave all the responsibility, YOUR responsibility, to your partner, yes it is your fucking fault if she gets pregnant because you chose to neglect your responsibility to use proper BC, you chose to place all the burden on your partner, you chose to cum inside someone knowing that accidents happen, contraception fails...there is always the possibility of pregnancy when you have sex without the proper protection. You know this and you still chose to have sex anyways despite all of these huge red flags. You need to be accountable for your own actions. You cannot blame someone else for your own actions, your own responsibilities, and your failures of both.

Also, This isn’t illegal. It’s wrong but it’s not illegal.
