Is it good? That is a hard question. Part of me thinks it's absolute garbage and I would not recommend a single person watch it.. but it IS good at accomplishing its goal - to disturb and cause discomfort that lingers well after you've seen in. It unnerves me to do this day just thinking about it.

I LOVE horror movies, I have seen 1,000s and nothing has disturbed me like this film. Girl Next Door and a couple Asian horror movies come close.

I can definitely see how for some it is improbable dogshit horror that it relying on shock value to gain buzz. However for me as a girl, who has experiences with guys who aren't the best of people, I could actually see it progressing to that point. There are people sick enough out there to commit such acts and it's upsetting seeing it unfold on someone who can actually relate to. It's terrifyingly sick and twisted.. bordering improbable but sadly still possible.
