So I chatted with Walmart like everybody else who ordered one recently and has "undefined" as their status. The person chatting with me gave me to completely different answers, and I was wondering if anybody else had this experience, and if anybody had actually had theirs listed as shipped. Thanks!

Walmart.: Thank you so much for your time James, I really appreciate that. Let me inform you that I have already checked the order and according to our records the order now is in process yet. I kindly recommend you to wait 24-48 hours to receive the email with the shipping details. You do not need to worry, the estimated delivery date is on MAR 17.  Me: That is fantastic news! So even though it is rather late, I should still expect the package tomorrow?  Me: 48 hours from now would mean it will no longer be delivered tomorrow.  Walmart.: I completely understand you James, the order is a little delay because the item now is out of stock but the system is waiting for our supplier to receive more items to ship the orders  Me: Sorry I'm a little confused. Is there currently an item that is about to be sent to me, or are they still searching for the item to send me?  Walmart.: the item is not available on the nearest return center of the location you chose, so the system is trying to locate more fulfillment centers to have the item in stock to fulfill the order. This process could take 10 days and if the system locates the item will be automatically shipped, if the system is not able to find the item after 10 days the item will be automatically cancelled. I appreciate your comprehension in this, if you do not wish to wait I am more than glad to assist you with a cancellation request on the item.  Me: Okay. I thought that meant that my order is currently being processed, there is an item being packaged for me, and it will arrive tomorrow.  Me: Am I misunderstanding? I do have a quick question: if I do cancel in the near future, how long does it take for that money to be returned to my account?  Walmart.: Let me inform you that the cancellation request could take 24-48 hours to be successfully processed, let me kindly explain you that the charge you see in your account is not a real charge, is just an authorization hold that they system place on your account just to confirm that there are founds available to complete the order but you do not need to worry, once the order cancels the authorization hold is removed by your bank within 5 business days.  Me: Okay thank you very much.
