In extra ordinary situations where a child has been agreed upon, but one party is secretly actively trying to prevent it, such as a marital couple who are trying to produce a child, but she is actively taking birth control or plan b without talking to her husband, sure that's the one situation where he should get to say wait a minute...Otherwise, I would say it's up to the woman who has been impregnated. You don't get to ruin that girls life over a one night stand and force her to keep the child because you feel bad or failed to use protection.

The last thing this world needs right now is another unwanted hungry mouth, and before you all say "oh I was a mistake" so was I, and I've got to tell you I sure wish my parents had gotten their shit together first and I'd been born into a family that wasn't below the poverty line already. If you aren't ready (I'm ridiculous and won't have kids until I can actually afford to) and haven't agreed on it the fetus should always be terminated in my opinion.
