uhhhh, I think you guys are missing a massive part. Kesha herself said, under oath, she was not drugged or assaulted. She only now is saying something happened because she wants something, her contract terminated.
But the fact of the matter is, even her own words, under oath, say she was not assaulted. And that is the specific reason she lost in court. You can't change your story when it's convenient for you, especially after saying one thing under oath.
It would be a completely different story if she never swore under oath that Dr. Luke did nothing of ill will towards her, including sexual assault or drugging (again, these were Kesha's words, said in 2011 about 08/09, which is when she is now claiming she was assaulted). But the fact of the matter is, she said herself nothing happened, you don't get to change your mind because it fits your objective.
So the sexual stuff is out the window unless proven otherwise, or at least something is brought forward that warrants going to court. So this is JUST a contract case, and, well, it's a contract, you have to be like everyone else and honor it if you signed it.
But this is why /r/mensrights talk about this, because she went from "never being assaulted or drugged by Dr. Luke" to being assaulted and drugged, years later, when she wants something. But the fact of the matter is she flat out said, in writing, under oath, that the claims she is making currently never happened. She never filed a police report, never told a sole, swore under oath nothing happened. Truth is, there is actually more evidence nothing happened than she was assaulted, and all of the evidence came from her own mouth.

Again, swore under oath, now changed her mind/story (conveniently when she wants something). She is literally saying the complete opposite now. This is what we call a liar. You should take the side of what is right, the mutually agreed to contract, and not just default to the woman, just because she is a woman. This is not how you put good women to the front, this is just putting any woman to the front, and this one is a liar and making an attempt at legal manipulation. This should be the last woman you guys support. She is not a good example, for anyone.
The plain and simple fact is, she just wants out of her contract, but it's a contract, no one has to let her out because she and her agent negotiated it and willingly signed. Great deal then, bad deal now. But until there is evidence that some assault or drugging happened, it's a moot point. And even then, she committed perjury because she said under oath the very opposite of what she is saying in this current suit.
If you're going to pick who to support and whose side to take when it comes to women, at least pick a woman who is not clear as day lying now or lied in the past, in a court, under oath, in writing. That's just supporting a bad, manipulative human. You don't want to set the example of a woman changing her story to fit her needs is in the right (or a roll model, as many musicians are to kids). But don't kid yourself, no matter if you believe she was assaulted or not, she flat out lied in court. Either then, or now. One of the two is a blatant lie that came directly from her.
If she was in fact assaulted, I hope something comes of it against Dr. Luke and she gets released from her contract, he goes to prison and worse. If she was not assaulted, her career is over and should be (sorry, man or woman, you can't bull shit the legal system to get what you want and have people like myself give you money). But her saying she was not assaulted or drugged under oath is going to make her current claims VERY hard, even if they are true. She and her lawyers made a very, very, very stupid decision if she was in fact sexually assaulted. She is making a HUGE claim now and since 2014, has not done even enough to warrant an investigation. This has been in court that long and she has brought nothing to support her claim, only stuff to say her claim is in fact BS (already stating current claim never happened)
