First off props to you on council! I murder our holy paladin every time on that fight even on farm. I don't know where to start so I'll just jump in. He could use work on his EB up time, but honestly it isn't that big. If he isn't going oom, it really isn't an issue. Of the 32 possible cast during the fight he used it 5 times which equates to a 15% usage which is not good at all. His cool down usage is pretty bad. I think on progression (which was like 2 months ago on this fight so don't quote me) I got to use healing tide 3 times and ascendance twice. Shaman's Hps is very reliant on smart cool down usage. I think I used a CD every time dia does into her ghost form shit and flys around. He had 7 cast of healing stream totem in a 6:34 fight. That is horrible. I can give him some weak auras if he needs. I use that shit on cool down, specially on a fight like council. He seems to be using quite a bit healing waves and healing surges. With a disc and an hpal I would almost always just spam chain heal. If he is doing it because he is having mana troubles, he needs to work on his EB casts. Hes missing out on so much mana he could be using to spam more chain heals. I have a nice weak aura for EB too if he needs it. I hate to roast him, I know it can be very hard to raid lead and play. I would highly recommend weakauras if he doesn't use them. It will make his job much easier. His riptide uptimes and casts are very good! Better than me lol. In my defense at my gear level I just spam chain heal and I never go oom before the boss dies. He is your group dispeler which will knock off some HPS too. Which he seems very good at. Final word of advice. If his gear is good and he isn't having mana issues. He could switch to the mastery weapon enchant. I've been runing with it since gorefiend died which was a long time ago. His gear is surely better than mine was with all the upgrades from valor.
