Standing in a restaurant and waiting to be seated. Watching everyone get seated before us and then realising staff were not going to seat us and were just laughing.

My man was buying water in a shop,I popped my head around the corner to ask for a bottle. The owner saw me and refused to serve him (white) or me (black) and told us to leave his shop.

Walking along Las Ramblas a man grabbed my arm and started to pull me along the street. My man pushed him and grabbed me. The man apologetically explained he thought I was a prostitute.

Most backward and regressive place I've ever encountered. Couldn't believe I actually paid to be there.
