[Misc] Let's make this week "Sherpa Week" and take some newer guardians through VoG and Crota's End.

Did my first sherpa-ing just the other day on [Xbox1], saw a team of 5 who ranged from limited to no Crota experience in an /r/Fireteams post, offered to help, joined up in a normal mode run... it went very well.

All the people on the fireteam were very good players overall, just raid-experience-limited. I suspect things can frustrating if you end up sherpaing people who just don't have the underlying fundamental skills to be playing content that requires teamwork, but luckily that wasn't the case here.

Abyss and bridge were done legit (way more fun, IMO) despite some initial reluctance on the part of those who had failed badly before on the bridge part previously when they were lower levels (like 28s or something.. at this point they were all 30/31).

The only two wipes were the first run at Deathsinger (and this one was because someone started shooting the knights at the door before I had a chance to tell them not to do that. Despite a false start we still came within about 5% of killing Ir Yut before liturgy, killed her easily on the second try) and first run at Crota (not everyone had tracking rockets, so there were some issues getting him down the first couple of times, resulting in a now-visible swordbearer standing around waiting for a down that never occurred, which Crota wasn't happy about).

Quite a few black hammer and hunger of crota drops when Crota went down. More rewarding for me than getting my own drops, honestly (I had already cleared multiple times with my hunter last week, wasn't running it for the items).

I'm definitely going to try doing this again, will post on the Sherpa subreddit this week. Would love to show more people how much fun raiding is on VoG and Crota. Also willing to show people how to run sword as Bladedancer Hunter (as long as DPS team gets him down on my go, I can consistently get 6 hits each sword which is enough to kill Crota before ogres on normal if level 32, and also ideal for hard mode though you'll have to deal with one set of ogres).
