[Misc] Sharing My Collection of Frank Lloyd Wright Drawings

Oh yes, definitely prints. I wish they were originals, I could sell them and retire if that were the case haha

  • The original drawing for the Illinois Tower is 22' tall (and housed at MOMA I think)

  • I think the original section for the Imperial Hotel is also at MOMA. They hold on to a large FLW drawing/model collection.

  • The Heller & Winslow houses are collages of Wright drawings that appeared in the Wasmuth portfolio. You'll find, for example, the plan on one page, a perspective separate, etc. Someone took those and combined them into a single print here.

  • I don't know more info on the golden beacon drawing or the textile block house, but those aren't originals either.
