I posted about a week ago about being sad when I heard bad from my first law teacher. I finally responses today and this is what I said:

I am doing well. I wanted to go into law or teaching but for now I'm selling books. I just moved to Illinois. (It's more affordable).

I think we may have differing opinions about COVID, I am vaccinated myself and I fully encourage that. I understand if you might feel different, but like I said: I have a lot of respect for you.Your classes taught me a lot and whether or not we disagree on this, you were a great teacher and I figure part of what you taught was thinking for ourselves and respecting one another's opinions.

So we might not see eye-to-eye on this one, but I still have a lot of respect for you, and you're still one of the best teachers I ever had.
