My boss has gotten like way worse at management and organization over the last two weeks. Like, a serious nosedive. All while he's also trying to actively be in the room and manage. It's terrible, I've never seen anything like this before. His brilliant plan today is to double the workload we're doing while staggering breaks so there's always half the crew on the floor so production won't stop. Effectively, he wants to get double the work done with half the people, and it's 25 minutes until it's my turn to keep up that pace while having him nitpick every detail.

I actively avoid working fast food or kitchens to avoid this type of stuff, and yet, here I am, lol. I hope this guy sits down and figures this out. This job went from 'I'm looking elsewhere' to 'you're lucky if I come back from lunch.'
