but you don't know me at all. so that's not clear. and I do have many Muslim friends. I'm 19 and grew up in London, of course I have Muslim friends. why is it a bad thing to say that?

well those people are idiots. I've been to the Middle East twice and met many Jews and Christians. it's an extremely diverse area.

I don't know what 'anaw' means? I've never read the Quran myself from cover to cover. but forgive me if I'm not a fan of a religion/cult that oppresses gay people, women, and non-Muslims. I don't believe Islam is good for this country. and from looking at Arabic countries, I don't think it's good for them too.

I'm allowed to if I want to. I would also say that Nazism is bad and it's not good for this country (or any). I doubt you'd be as offended as that and you definitely wouldn't be saying I'm racist against Germans.
