Multiple people try to stop cameraman from filming woman/street performer

This video always brings some hilarious comments. Weirdly, I do feel the need to defend this guy even though he is an asshole. First off, he's gay, so this action is purely meant to provoke, not to bring him sexual pleasure. So, he is definitely an asshole, but is he a creep? Does that make a difference to anyone who thinks he is a creep? Second, I'm kind of on board with saying a person (any gender) like this should expect attention, wearing somewhat revealing clothes and performing athletic forms in public. Our culture has a very strange line we draw around encouraging underaged women to sexualize and expose themselves for attention, and then recoiling when their admirers cross an invisible line of "creepiness". There's a very unsettling depiction of the kind of exposure our culture considers normal in the Douglas Rushkoff doc "Generation Like", in which a parent encourages their daughter to post clearly sexualized beauty shots on Instagram in order to draw as much attention as possible in some strange ignorance that the attention is mostly sexual in nature. I understand many people will call into question whether this outfit or this behavior is sexual at all, and that's valid, but again, a fit person of any gender wearing revealing clothing in public is going to draw attention, and that's that. It is naive and idealistic to claim that short shorts and a tight tank top are not revealing clothing, especially when doing that kind of public performance. If it was a 17 yr old guy, even if he was wearing no shirt and at all and just tight short shorts like these, no one would be trying to argue that his clothes aren't revealing. We'd all agree that he's wearing clothes that show off his body and that's that.
