Don't move away to live with your dad. Keep your job with your promotion (congrats, btw), and make a budget to save up and get your own place! This way you are not dependent on anybody and can enforce whatever boundaries you want to make your life liveable.

Start to get used to the idea that your mom is kinda shit, and as a result you should stop seeking or valuing her approval. Her moral system is fucked up and instead of caring about what's best for you, she cares about what's best for herself. Not a great trait in a parent. Learn to value your own feelings about yourself over hers or Anna's or anybody else's. As long as you are happy with the direction of your life, that is what matters.
