Look, your girlfriend is not being a good partner. Sex is supposed to be this incredible experience you share with another person, not a gift one person gives the other. I think you need to sit down and talk about how this is affecting you and your relationship. Tell her she's making you feel rejected and uncared for. Tell her you want to enjoy sex together rather than giving her an orgasm and then finishing yourself off every time.

That said, your attitude toward sex isn't perfectly healthy, either:

As a woman (with a high libido!) I think having sex three times a day would be painful, depending on how long/intense it is. Once a week isn't exactly a dead bedroom, I think that's pretty standard for a lot of people. What I'm saying is that if your hope/expectation is 3 times a day, I can see why once a week feels like not enough. Adjust your expectations a little, because you two do have an active sex life.

This is kind of off putting because you act as though you're this nice thing by not forcing her to give you head--almost like forcing her is an option you haven't utilized. Not forcing someone into sex is a given. You don't get extra good boyfriend points because you don't orally rape her.

You sure think highly of yourself. You're just assuming you could have these women any time--what makes you think that? If you're this certain they would both fuck you, that seems like you've gotten that assurance from something they said or from their actions. Someone who is in a relationship shouldn't be exploring other options. These women get to choose who they fuck and it's insulting to them that you assume you're such a stud that they would leap into bed with you given the chance.
