Note for mods — unredacted users not violated because:

• no real personal data
• the accounts are banned anyway, so harassment is impossible
• the formatting (strikethrough) is necessary to convey the fact that they're banned

And yes, I am bothered by fake likes. Just doesn't feel the same as getting a proper fav.

FAQ: are these accounts running some sort of scam?

I've looked at a few of those accounts over the last few months in the short window before they got banned. If they're running a scam, I don't get it because their profiles are usually completely empty and devoid of any links to any shady sites, nor do they seem to have any forum posts. The only thing on their profiles is their 'favourites' section, which usually includes 300-500 stuff (with other involuntarily botted artwork).

I don't get it.
