If not here's what you'll need to do. Your going to have an old fashioned brawl at this point and sadly you have no training at all, the cop may pull out a gun at this point and order you to get on the ground. He's just scared of your physical prowess. Assure him that if he wins which is unlikely you will go quietly, but as we both know you can beat him up if you really wanted to. Begin by swinging wildly off balance in a haymaker using your non dominant hand. He will likely deflect this with a well placed strike or perhaps a bullet from his gun. Luckily we used the wrong hand to start and he blocked the wrong attack so now you follow up with the correct one, immediately shout "This attack no can defend!" and directly drop low and punch their genitals with the correct hand. Now when he crumples from this attack begin wildly kicking them while they are down. If you can kick the gun away and run over to take it, now that you are in control you cant use your car anymore as he already told his friends which one you were in. Remove his radio, phone, and ticketing book then climb in his car. Take your keys with you and lock your cars doors so he cant use yours. Later you'll need to remove your license plate and temporarily use a stolen one for a equal make and model from a junkyard later and rip off the junkyard cars vin plate as well and superglue it in place of yours. Now you can re-register the vehicle once you make a fake copy of your title with the new vin number on it. Lastly make sure you ditch the car you took in the river, this should remove your finger prints from it.
