This is 100% rape. If she didn’t a the very least it’s sexual assault. The fact you don’t remember and woke up in that situation and don’t have a clue what happened is horrific. It happened to me once. I fell asleep on the couch and woke up naked in the guys bed and remembered nothing. Only reason I know it happened is because he started explaining to me what my vagina was like as in the fact I hadn’t shaved because I was not in any way anticipating sex. I felt disgusting and I was young so for a long time i blamed myself until I start college studying sociology and learned that what happened to me was rape. To learn that years after the fact is horrible. Is there a way you can somehow find out? Can you talk it out of her? That’s if you want to know. That’s up to you but regardless, this is at least assault, at worst rape but regardless, both are a crime.
