I stopped reading job descriptions and doubled my salary in 1 month

Well that's nice. I've got a few things to say on this.

First the privacy implications alone here are enormous. Like how many companies, shady or not, now have your name, address, contact info etc? Databases get bought, sold and shared. Probably expect some serious spamming to be coming your way in years ahead.

Second this just proves how ATS, applicant tracking systems are complete garbage and the biggest scam on companies to come along in decades. They do a terrible job screening or filtering candidates, they're pricey, they harvest personal applicant data and sell it for profit, they make hiring more expensive by requiring extensive training and more HR staff, they are complicated and unpleasant for both companies and candidates. Nobody likes the ATS except maybe psychopaths. They waste everyone's time and energy and serve no purpose except as another middleman in the hiring process taking their share of the cut. Worthless.

The fact you scored a new gig at double the rate, pretty much at random just blows all collective hiring wisdom out the window, exposing the HR industry as an obscenely overpriced joke. Grats on the new job btw.
