My oven is being problematic and I have a bunch of chicken thighs I need to cook up.

If you want to be a fatty, you can bread all of them by doing a coating of flour, then egg, then crumb of choice, fry them in a decent amount of oil until it's all browned to your liking. Then with all those beautiful fatty rendered bits, you can add the liquid of your choice v stock, chicken b cube and water, a couple of tablespoons of flour, or cornstarch, salt and pepper, make a fucking delicious gravy, and just sit and eat all of it. Slather that chicken in gravy, and just take a fork, and bite bite sized bits off and feel like a real carnal human being.

Or chop it all up and fry it with some taco seasoning spices, cut up some tomatoes, onion, pepper, whatever you want, make some lettuce wraps for later.
