Need help building my dad a solid productivity pc.

Little different from what I'd normally do: this isn't exactly the best performance per dollar, but I figured that with him, RAM and storage would be more important than processing power, and a nice case would be a good move, along with a quieter cooler. Stock AMD coolers ROAR.
