Why did you change what I said to "jews?" Yeah, sorry. Nice try, though. It's the truth and I've seen it happen repeatedly all over America from NY to AZ to LA to SF. Lower middle class neighborhoods that have lower than average crime rates, and solid communities often get destroyed by wealthy land grabbers that set up completely useless shops to anyone that actually works, along with police that harass the actual people that live there.
It's not race, it's just an observation. Blacks that moved into wealthier neighborhoods weren't destroying the property values themselves. It was banks destroying the property value by determining that someone whose ancestors(you triggered?) had been forced into poverty, yet somehow managed to escape it and afford a home, still, for some reason, wouldn't be able to pay them.
That's what an extremely racist segregationist practice like Red-Lining existed. If all blacks were actually incapable of maintaining homes, the banks wouldn't have needed to forbid them loans.
It's not the same as gentrification.
